Position Summary:
Coordinate, guide and supervise all clinical delivery services and programs provided to a New Jersey State certified special education school and accredited residential treatment facility. Serve as a leader within the clinical department, and ensure and maintain an appropriate therapeutic milieu that is keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the organization.
- Actively participate in ongoing quality improvement activities including but not limited to: customer input, incident/accident and client grievances review, peer record review, and program evaluation/quality improvement projects.
- Serve as a member of agency committees as directed by Clinical Director or VP of Clinical Services.
- Ensure enforcement of all clinical policies and procedures.
- Provide oversight to the clinical staff
- Provice Clinical Supervision to clinicians
- Ensure the completion of necessary and required documentation OOL, DCPP, COA and/or any other regulating body.
- Participate in developing all therapeautic programs for the school and/or residential setting consistent with current best practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meerings for Admissions, Psychiatric Case Reviews, Treatment Planning and Reviews, and Individual Education Plans as needed.
- Prepare written perfromance evaluations on clinical team leaders
- Participate in development of a twelve-hour per year training curriculum and the purchasing of curriculum materials.
- Provide oversight and ensure maintenance of case records of residents in keeping with standards of confidentiality and privacy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Master level in social work or related field: Psychology, NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Completed Clinical Supervision Course, TF-CBT certified
