Nation's Giant Hamburgers in Pleasanton is hiring for a Shift Manager with open availability, who can join the Nation's family. We are a fun loving team who are looking for someone friendly with dynamite customer service skills!

Restaurant Shift Supervisor work as part of a team that provides excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere. As a Shift Supervisor you will lead by example and direct crew members on your shift. You will address customer concerns and ensure employees are working safely and meeting break and time-keeping standards. You will be an outstanding trainer. You will solve problems and contact appropriate personnel. You will place all restaurant orders and provide paperwork support. You will completely cover a manager's day off.

You will also learn all the different areas of the restaurant and will be trained to do all of the following:

Cashier - Provide excellent service with a big smile. Cook - Provide fresh quality product in a timely manner. Food Prep - Prep fresh produce for our products. Light Janitorial - Keeping the restaurant clean and comfortable for our customers.
