Nation's Giant Hamburgers is hiring for an Assistant Manager with open availability, who can join the Nation's family. We are a fun loving team who are looking for someone friendly with dynamite customer service skills!

Restaurant Assistant Managers support the Manager with all aspects of location restaurant operations. They regularly oversee the work performed by the crew and assist in ensuring all employees are providing Nation's customers with high quality food, service and facilities that are in keeping with company standards.

A Nation's Assistant Manager will:

Demonstrate ability to perform all managerial tasks.

Help manager achieve restaurant goals.

Help restaurant maintain execution standards.

Meet quality and customer service satisfaction standards.

Effectively hire, coach, train and promote employees.

Train crew members to meet all company standards.

All Nation's Restaurant Workers will be trained and expected to do all of the following:
