Nations Info Corp. is looking for a RECRUITING COORDINATOR to join our HR team and add to our dynamic company by helping us attract top talent and grow our team. We are seeking a motivated individual that is a results driven self starter, and wants to grow with our company.
This person will be responsible for the company’s recruiting and talent acquisition methods and strategies by sourcing, attracting and hiring new team members, with the goal to fulfill the company’s hiring needs. You will work directly with the VP of Human Resources to upkeep the recruiting funnel data, coordinate and conduct interviews for both our Southern California offices as well as our international call center team. You may also assist with employee onboarding and ongoing positive employee morale by coordinating office/virtual activities. You will work closely with our hiring managers, contributing to the overall success of the recruiting process and your work will be highly visible to the executive team.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker, that thrives in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential in this role. Upward growth opportunities available.
JOB DUTIES:
Coordinate hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
Document the recruiting activities in the Applicant Tracking System
Work with our Business Intelligence team to ensure our recruiting data is reported properly
Conduct initial phone screens, schedule candidate onsite interviews and assist with the coordination of related travel arrangements.
Develop relationships with hiring managers for open roles to determine appropriate job posting requirements and desired experience.
Employee relations management, including new hire orientation and onboarding
Prepare memos, emails, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Maintain the Company’s HRIS through data entry and handling of confidential information
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other related tasks as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator
Familiarity with hiring practices and strategies (Job posting, screening, interviewing, assessment, onboarding)
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
