    Job Description

    Nations Info Corp. is looking for a React/React.js Front-end Developer to join our dynamic Engineering team (remote okay). In this role you will work with the development team to design and deliver new features and user experiences for our products.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and maintain robust codebase and introduce new solutions into the same

    • Debug, troubleshoot, and support complex frontend solutions

    • Work on a highly Agile UX and development team, as well as with other cross-functional teams to create and deploy static React pages and features

    • Collaborate with the software development, product, marketing, and senior management teams to design new features or architecture

    • Support in peer-code review and testing to maintain high quality front end code

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 3+ years of experience with React.js and/or Next.js

    • Strong knowledge of React functional components, React hooks, state management and context API, REST/AJAX/Fetch

    • Strong knowledge interfacing with RESTful API Endpoints and asynchronous operations

    • Strong knowledge with HTML5/CSS3/SCSS/JS, DOM manipulation and git

    • Strong knowledge of CSS/Front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind

    • Deep interest and understanding of user interface design and optimizing user experience

    • Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and resolve

    • Ability to work independently with minimal interactions

    • Ability to mentor and onboard junior members of the team

    • Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

    • Clear and concise communication skill

    • Team player who is willing to problem solve with others

    • Self-motivated to deliver high quality products

    • Knowledge of CI/CD practices is a plus.
