TRAINING SPECIALIST
The Training Specialist manages, executes, and implements training plans for increased operational performance at the site level. This position protects the integrity of the NationsBenefits brand through precise knowledge and dynamic delivery. The position will manage the design and development of new hire training materials and content to support new initiatives that drive growth and unparalleled employee experiences. Your sandbox will include healthcare, customer experience, technology, sales, leadership development, and general enrichment. You may develop and deliver into any of these disciplines. In addition, this position has responsibility for managing content updates and the maintenance of NationsBenefits internal knowledge base, Learning Management System, and new hire training materials.
