    OBJECTIVE AND OVERALL PURPOSE

    NationsHearing is seeking an experienced Provider Relations Liaison to support a provider network of over 5000 participants throughout the United States. Our Provider Relations Liaison will serve as the primary contact for providers, creating a bridge between the providers and NationsHearing. 

    The Provider Relations Liaison is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and to provide exceptional customer service to our providers.  The Provider Relations Liaison will answer provider inquiries regarding network enrollment process, provider reimbursement fees, network status, referral process, etc. This individual will also conduct onboarding, education and training sessions, communicate Plan or Program changes, conduct investigations regarding provider grievances or complaints and conduct training for access and use of our Provider Portal.

    SUMMARY

    The Provider Relations Liaison may be asked to assist with other duties and projects assigned by Management to support the Provider Network team and the company. Some of these duties may include providing support to our Digital Hearing Center, assisting accounting with payment verifications, supporting the claims department with improper claims, initiating recognition\appreciation campaigns, etc. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support, develop and maintain relationships with all Providers and their staff
    • Respond to inquiries from Providers regarding policies, fees, program changes, referrals, eligibility, payments, credentialing, etc.
    • Work closely with other Provider Network team members to ensure Provider data, status, and inquiries are accurate and being properly addressed
    • Assist providers in getting set up and utilizing the Provider Portal
    • Provide responsive and professional customer service to providers on inbound/outbound calls, email and fax communications 
    • Collaborate and support the Compliance department with any Provider related issues including member complaints
    • Research, track, and communicate Provider complaints related but not limited to quality of service, facility conditions, improper sales, and incomplete or inaccurate information
    • Work with team members and Manager to identify process improvements
    • Utilize necessary resources and navigate systems efficiently to accurately verify and provide accurate information to provider's inquiries
    • Outreach to Providers to correct improper sales
    • Support Provider contracting activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
    • Draft, send, track and update Provider terminations
    • Collaborate with management, as needed
    • Create presentations as needed
    • Assist with creating marketing\training materials
    • Special Projects as needed
    • Member overflow duties, as requested
    • Other duties as may be assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Preferred - Bachelor's degree + 2 years work experience in a related position

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    •  2 – 5 years of Customer Service or Liaison experience
    • Preferred - Healthcare Network experience
