    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The person in this role will be responsible for accurately handling day-to-day qualitative observational studies. The ideal individual can work independently, learn quickly, solve problems with maximum efficiency and provide exceptional member engagement. Additional skills include high level of proficiency with computers and software, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a detail-oriented work ethic.

    • Serve as mechanism for assessing observations, treatment, processes, experience, and/or outcomes for specific services or interventions
    • Maximize data sets for data transformation, validation and analysis for product improvement initiatives
    • Collect primary research data to reflect how interventions would be used within portfolio of products
    • Engage predetermined quantity of members through an omnichannel approach
    • Test use cases across several areas spanning quality healthcare delivery (i.e., value-based care and member experience)
    • Collaborate with appropriate team members during data engagement lifecycles
    • Assess and notate member trends, behaviors and health status data
    • Follow through on requests in a timely manner
    • Safeguard personal and health information
    • Meet defined department deadlines
    • Promote continued department growth to align with industry standards

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 1–3-year minimum experience with familiarity in market analysis initiatives.

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Familiarity or experience in Star Ratings, HEDIS and/or quality improvement
    • Accurate data management, mapping, and presentation
    • Work independently
    • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Computer and systems proficiency
    • Decision making/judgment
    • Communication, both written and oral
    • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
