New hires in this position will receive $250 sign on bonus:

Applicant must not have been employed by CHM previously in the past 12 months or worked at a Columbus Hospitality Management property through a temp agency or related program in the past 12 months.

$125 paid after 30 days of successful employment.

$125 paid after 90 days of successful employment.

All bonuses contingent upon perfect attendance and adherence to company policy.

Our attractive compensation package includes $10.25 hourly, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, STD/LTD, vacation, PTO after 90 day, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accommodates guest/departmental needs/requests by responding to requests

Cleans guest rooms, bathrooms, closets etc. to the standards deeloped by the Housekeeping department.

Checks and secures the rooms

Replenishs amenities according to the operational standards

Delivers and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing board

Ensure ssecurity of guest rooms and privacy of guests

Performs rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area

Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him

Provides turn-down services as requested .

Performs projects assigned daily in response to Management/Supervisor request.

Required Skills:

Great attention to details

Able to follow basic instructions

Communication Skills

Required Experience:

Housekeeping experience preferred.
