Our agency is located in Arlington, TX and is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented, professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a team member, you will build and nurture rapport with new and existing customers, efficiently problem solve, as well as, effectively and consistently follow up with customers while providing impeccable service.

Responsibilities

Review customer policies for risk exposures and make recommendations for the appropriate products and services

Provide a level of customer care above and beyond customers' expectations

Increase customer retention

Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Sales experience a must

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
