    YOUR ROLE

    Oversee customer outreach and appreciation efforts, as well as media relations and content marketing, to promote the Rodney Lee Brands family of brands and strengthen our public image

    KEY EXPECTATIONS

    • Oversee all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands social media accounts and posts

    • Manage efforts to develop and reinforce long-term customer relationships

    • Organize employee birthday celebrations and internal team appreciation events at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands

    • Handle all press inquiries, event planning, and advertising opportunities at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands

    • Develop cutting edge and creative marketing techniques based on each industry at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands 

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage a virtual presence of brand culture and customer experience at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands marketing and brand standards based on the Brand & Messaging Guidelines, Messaging Inventory, and any other internal and external marketing documentation

    • Manage and schedule professional photos with approved photographer for any events, after photos, promo materials, etc for all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands

    • Manage website content and design updates, including adding new client feedback and portfolio photography at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands

    • Maintain a consistent editorial calendar for all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands newsletters, blog posts, and social media posts

    • Evaluate, review, and approve all blog and social media posts from employee highlights and promotion

    • Take care of customer referral thank-you notes and other customer appreciation efforts at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands

    • Manage company-branded holiday and seasonal outreach efforts

    • Develop new ideas for customer engagement and re-engagement efforts (advertising, community outreach, press, etc.) at all Rodney Lee Brands family of brands

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Basic graphic design knowledge and skills
    • Basic photo editing skills
    • Basic video editing skills
    • Basic HTML & CSS skills
    • Marketing knowledge and skills 
    • Excellent storytelling skills - both written and verbal communication 
    • Eager to build a brand voice that will improve the lives of our customers and employees
