Responsibilities: Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Set buyer and seller appointments • Execute consultations • Follow the team showing and buyer agent plan of action • Close sales • Grow into a lead sales agent Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Compensation: $75,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions
