Required Hours are Monday - Sunday
Holiday hours may also vary.
1 Morning Shift Available
11 am - 3 pm
1 Afternoon Shift Available
3 pm - 8 pm
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge of the following products:
Training will be provided!
- Standing to Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Getting to know all the products and their qualities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is an asset
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
