Job Summary: 

• Assist with training and licensing of new service personnel
• Delegates duties and examines work for accuracy and neatness
• Schedules and reviews daily routes with technicians
• Actively manages performance and motivates service staff
• Follows and enforces work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow to subordinates
• Ensures daily assigned revenue is completed while maintaining a high level of service quality
• Maintains truck inventory records and performs periodic inspections
• Orders and maintains equipment, supplies and materials required for service work
• Handles customer complaints; investigates and resolves customer service concerns
• Creates a positive work environment. Attracts and selects high caliber employees, while maintaining qualified staff
• Gains and maintains appropriate certification/licensing as required by the state and/or by branch management
• Assists Branch Manager with other duties as assigned
• Work weekends as necessary
• Handle after hours urgent calls/messages from customers

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have 2+ years’ experience working in the pest control industry 
•  License in Termite & Pest.   This position requires an active license from the Texas Department of Agriculture. 
• Quality Pro Certified is a plus but not required.  Must become certified within 90 days of being hired and enforce Quality Pro standards among staff
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ladder Safety
• Must have an active driver’s license 
• Must be able to pass a drug test & criminal background
