Your day-to-day tasks would involve HELPING OUR CUSTOMERS AND READERS WITH THEIR ORDERS AND QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS. You may also provide feedback to our marketing team, cross-sell products and give an overall positive impression of our company (its not hard were great!).

This is a full-time position that requires availability Wednesday - Sunday from 9am - 6pm Eastern (12pm - 9pm Pacific) with Monday and Tuesday off.

REQUIREMENTS

• Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
• Excellent communicator who works well with others
• Efficient and well organized
• Able to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and Zoom
• A fast typer and good with technology
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• An understanding of ecommerce is a big plus!
