Boutique pilates studio is looking for a part-time Front Desk Associate/Studio Host for our unique studio location at the Hotel Luxe on Sunset. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude who has experience working in a fast-paced service business and with high-end clientele. It is essential that our front desk representatives have a happy and positive energy and must love sharing that energy with the other instructors and clients. Applicant Requirements: -Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind). -Must be able to set up and maintain a variety of equipment and resources (reformers, heat lamps, scanner, benches, seating, tents, etc). -Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal/phone and strong organizational skills. -Basic math skills and Mac/Apple computer experience. -Attention to detail is a MUST. -Project management skills. -Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills. -Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work efficiently, independently, and without direct supervision. -Must have a client services attitude and the ability to build relationships with our clients -Must be an individual who is at all times professional, punctual, reliable, proactive, and patient. Experience Requirements: -Reception experience in a fitness studio, spa, music studio, high-traffic office, or salon. -Experience working in a busy environment while maintaining a professional, composed and positive attitude -Experience upselling services -Experience working on a Mac -If you have MindBody CRM experience that is a PLUS! Job Responsibilities Include: The Front desk representative is responsible for greeting all clients, taking and making calls, scheduling new prospects, and successfully explaining what the Studio has to offer in terms of services in detail. They must maintain knowledge of all services and prices offered by the Studio. - Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered by each instructor - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio - Maintain the studio area with a clean, tidy presentation. - May assist in cleaning the reformers as needed. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount COVID-19 considerations: Staff is strongly recommended to wear face masks while working indoors though not required. Clients who are fully vaccinated do not have to wear face masks. Sanitation stations are located throughout all studio locations. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
