THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE FULL TIME POSITION. NOT REMOTE. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE AND THE SKILLS LISTED IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION. Build. Lead. Grow. We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our Natural Results Plastic Surgery And Med spa marketing team! The coordinator must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in social media content creation and management, graphic design experience, and a passion for producing engaging content. We are a high-growth aesthetics' business, so previous experience in this space is a plus. We are looking for someone who can generate engaging and influential content while also administering our social media accounts. The coordinator will be responsible for creating an engaging content calendar, building original text, image, and video content, distributing, and managing posts and engaging the community with consistent and personable community management skills. The coordinator will ensure our company image is presented in a cohesive way to enhance Customer Experience (CX) and support marketing goals. The coordinator will embrace change and lean-in to the latest digital technologies and social media trends. The coordinator will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company's views in an inclusive and creative way, driving traffic, and patient engagement. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Assist in marketing and social media management for both Natural Results Plastic Surgery And Med spa • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives • Create, manage, and publish original, high-quality content • Create GIFs, still images and video content - graphic design/Canva experience a must! • Edit video content for effective use in social media channels • Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, contextualizing your findings for the greater team • Update web content as needed • Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems • Develop an evergreen content calendar with flexibility for additional real-time posts • Work alongside the agency of record to ensure tagging and paid, earned, shared and owned media together support a cohesive, measurable social media presence • Manage responses on social media pages (community management) • Facilitate company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions) • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and social media ROI • Monitor SEO and user engagement and provide content optimization recommendations • Train internal teams to support an integrated and cohesive social media strategy • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and engage consumers Content Creator Requirements & Skills • Adobe Creative Suite • Canva • Microsoft Office • Email Marketing • Event Planning Requirements: • Proven work experience as a social media strategist or social media manager • Hands on experience using social media to drive brand awareness • Graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics • An ability to identify target audience segments and build content to delight them • Familiarity with web design and publishing • Excellent multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong listening and communication skills • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively. • Professional experience with Snapchat ,Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • AA degree in Marketing or relevant field • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role • Aesthetics industry experience a Must !!
