Job Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will lead a crew of 1-3 labors, and drive to job sites per schedule. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Foreman or a history of strong leadership.

Responsibilities

Ensure all employees follow safety regulations

Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews

Deliver feedback to management

Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance

Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment

follow route schedules

Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications

Previous experience as landscape Foreman is preferred

Deep understanding of Landscape maintenance

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
