Come work in the fast paced cannabis industry! We are hiring a on-site MARKETING COORDINATOR - WITH A FOCUS ON GRAPHIC DESIGN to join our growing Marketing team! The person in this role will be expected to work on-site at our office building in Fort Lupton, CO, and to travel to our various dispensary locations in Garden City & Milliken specifically as needed. This position is not a remote or hybrid position. GENERAL INFO:

Heavy preference will be given to candidates who already have their badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado. If you don't already have that, you can apply with the State of Colorado. This is a requirement to begin working for our organization. 

This is a full time position, and you will generally work 40 hours per week, with a Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule. There may be events at other times, which this person may need to attend or be available for. 

Pay - $17-20/hour depending on experience.

• Design promotional posters for retail locations
• Design media for blog posts and social media, such as photos, videos and graphics
• Design new product packaging and artwork
• General design work and editing of designs as needed
• Participate and contribute in the development of brand strategies
• Assist in website design/layout design, maintenance and content management
• Assist in SEO management and regular implementation of data discovered
• Operate our primary marketing platforms (currently Springbig and Iheartjane)
• Assist in novel development and execution of advertising strategies
• Serve as a backup for other marketing duties when needed

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Trustworthy, honest, hardworking and hungry to learn
• Ability to get a badge to work in the cannabis industry through the State of Colorado
• At least 3 years of professional marketing experience
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or other related field preferred
• 3 years experience with Adobe suite of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Ability and willingness to work on site, at our office in Fort Lupton, and drive to other locations as needed
• Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Basic photography and editing skills are highly desired
