    ENGLISH/FRENCH BILINGUAL SKILLS REQUIRED

    CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF UTAH, UNITED STATES

    TRAINING SCHEDULE APPROX. 3 WEEKS: M-F 9:00 am to 2:00pm - (Closed Saturdays and Sundays)

    REGULAR SCHEDULE: M-F 6:30 am - 3:00 pm - (Closed Saturdays and Sundays)

    PAY RANGES: Bilingual French Language Required- $16.00/hour

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Performs the following types of duties:

    • Handles customer interactions through phone, chat and email, for both the U.S. and Canadian markets
    • Processes orders, new member applications, renewals, returns, etc.
    • Friendly, upbeat attitude.
    • Strong listening, comprehension, patient and objective skills
    • Upsells products and promotions on every call
    • Answers questions about compensation plan, products, business programs/promotions, etc.
    • Assists customers with order tracking and returns, event registrations, etc.
    • Maintain productivity and customer service levels
    • Effectively use all customer support applications to answer questions and place orders
    • Must have knowledge of all customer support systems
    • Documents customer interactions properly
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/Requirements: KNOWLEDGE: Complete understanding of order entry. Basic knowledge of Direct-Sales.

    SKILL: Fully Bilingual in English and French. Advanced English and French proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing; Type 30+ wpm, 10 key skills. Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Phone skills and experience regarding Customer Service inbound calls is preferred, but not required.

    ABILITY to communicate well with others. Able to respond to a broad range of customer questions and to promote products. Able to perform duties with minimum supervision. Able to meet high productivity levels and receive excellent phone monitoring evaluations. A super friendly attitude.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: **CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN UTAH AND HAVE ACCESS TO HIGH-SPEED INTERNET (MINIMUM 50 MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED). MUST HAVE A PRIVATE AND DISTRACTION-FREE PLACE AT HOME TO WORK.

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

    High school graduate or equivalent.

    Previous successful experience in a customer-facing role preferred. previous successful experience communicating well with others. Experience responding to a broad range of customer questions. Experience promoting or upselling products preferred. Experience meeting customer service productivity and customer service metrics.
