Qualifications: • Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual-licensed ND, LAc providers. • 5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic/functional medicine preferred. • Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred. • Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence-based care. • Previous experience in a concierge medicine model preferred. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members. • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented clinical culture. Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
