Responsibilities: • Provide direct naturopathic patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing follow-up • Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality standards of care • Offer clinical guidance and leadership to medical staff and multidisciplinary team members • Collaborate with team members for integrated treatment planning • Contribute to business development, practice growth, and community outreach initiatives • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, clinic policies, medical ethics, and safety • Support staff development through mentoring, training, and case consultation Qualifications: • Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual-licensed ND, LAc providers • 5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic/functional medicine preferred • Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred • Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence-based care • Previous experience in a concierge medicine model preferred • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented clinical culture Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
