Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire our clinical team to deliver exceptional integrative care that aligns with our mission of holistic wellness. • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care. • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. • Guide and mentor team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential in a supportive environment. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of ethical practice. • Engage with patients to provide personalized care plans that address root causes and promote long-term health. • Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and improve clinical outcomes across our practice areas. Qualifications: • Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual-licensed ND, LAc providers. MD, DO, and PA's will also be considered. • 5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic/functional + lifestyle medicine preferred. • Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred. • Interest in mentoring Naturopathic Residents. • Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence-based care. • Previous experience in a concierge medicine model preferred. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members. • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented clinical culture. Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
