Health for Life Naturopathic Medicine is seeking an experienced Naturopathic Physician (ND/NMD) to join our established practice as a Lead Physician with a clear pathway to Medical Director and potential ownership opportunity for the right candidate.
This is a rare opportunity for a physician who wants more than a traditional associate role. As our founding doctor transitions into a mentorship and strategic leadership position, we are seeking a clinician interested in growing into a leadership role within the practice and potentially participating in long-term partnership or equity ownership.
Health for Life Naturopathic Medicine has served the Phoenix and Scottsdale community for over 17 years and is a highly respected integrative medical practice with a strong referral network and consistent patient demand.
Our clinic emphasizes proactive medicine, longevity care, and comprehensive functional medicine, utilizing advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, and both naturopathic and conventional therapies to support long-term patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive naturopathic medical care for patients
- Evaluate and manage chronic disease and metabolic conditions
- Order and interpret functional and specialty laboratory testing
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management
- Provide care for patients across the lifespan, from infants to older adults
- Emphasize proactive medicine, lifestyle medicine, and longevity-focused care
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of care
- Contribute to the continued clinical growth and evolution of the practice
Qualifications
- Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND/NMD) in Arizona
- Active DEA license required
- Minimum 7 years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- Experience managing chronic disease
- Strong interest in proactive medicine, longevity, and health optimization
- Comfortable utilizing a full scope of care, including naturopathic therapies and prescription pharmaceuticals when clinically appropriate
- Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan

Wages and Benefits
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with major holidays off
- Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000, negotiable depending on experience
- After a 90-day probationary period, the employee is eligible for a benefits package which includes a stipend for medical insurance or a healthshare fund of their choice
- Paid time off eligibility begins after 90 days of tenure
