    Job Description

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate program schedule, resources and budget across multiple projects and project teams
    • Provide executive level status and program updates
    • Create systems to improve engineering team efficiency and remove work-flow blockers
    • Communicates with external sources (vendors, contractors) as needed for assigned projects
    •  Actively engages in all levels of Engineering Projects departmental communications
    • Supports the requirement gathering information from various departments to enable creation of the engineering solution
    • Ensure all project documentation is available, approved and filed for each project milestone
    • Assist with ensuring project deliverables are correctly defined, assigned, and produced on time
    • Follow administrative processes per department procedures and practices
    • Provide administrative support for manager
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline required
    • At least two years 'experience with common project management tools such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
    • Experience managing hardware and software engineering teams
    • Ability to speak understand technical details within engineering project
    • Familiar with Agile principles and processes
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
