JOB SUMMARY

NavAide is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide client support and help facilitate daily operations.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work on various tasks simultaneously.  Come join a rapidly growing team of highly skilled and motivated professionals driven to provide outstanding service!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations of government contracts
• Work with various internal departments to update stakeholders on operations
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for timely delivery of supplies and services
• Enter data into various business systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree required
• IBM Maximo asset management software experience is a plus
• Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• U.S. citizenship is required

LOCATION: San Diego, CA (preferred) or Remote

TRAVEL: Light travel may be required
