NavAide is currently seeking SAP AND NAVY ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM (NAVY ERP) CONSULTANTS. We are seeing exponential growth and are looking for subject matter expert candidates that are driven and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We have an immediate need for multiple openings to join our team as we support the U.S. Navy Office of Financial Operations. We are looking for highly qualified candidates to provide SAP and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System (Navy ERP) systems support as it relates to consolidating the DON Financial Systems that support the Navy Working Capital Fund and General Fund Commands down to one general ledge and into Navy ERP.

The SAP Functional Consultant will provide expertise on SAP business process areas such to create, plan, execute, and close a project to provide support to the migrating client organization from the legacy systems to an existing SAP environment and business process re-engineering initiatives. Support includes assisting in performing detailed fit/gap analysis and evaluation.

SEEKING SUPPORT WITH

• Business Processes Reengineering - As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules, Handbook
• Delivering presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance
• Project management, scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control
• Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
• Sharp, motivated, aligned to NavAide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

• 5 years of experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providing financial systems or business systems services to Government agencies or commercial companies.
• Business Process Design/ Re-Design; Functional Requirements Development, SAP (PS); SAP (FM); SAP (MM); SAP (CO); SAP (WFM); and SAP (SD)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering , Mathematics, or Information Systems.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance
