    One of Navis's real estate partners is seeking a talented and motivated Transaction Coordinator - Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and helping others. They will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent multitasking skills. The Transaction Coordinator/Executive Assistant will help our team with essential tasks and help to ensure that our transactions run smoothly. This is an in-office position only, must be in Tempe AZ, or be able to commute on weekdays. Responsibilities: • Manage client transactions from start to finish • Coordinate with agents and clients to ensure all documents are filled out accurately and on • time • Communicate with lenders, title companies, and other real estate professionals to ensure a successful closing • Organize and maintain office systems • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports • Conduct research and provide general administrative support • Assist in preparing property listings, including creating online listings and brochures, taking property photos, and coordinating property showings • Respond to client inquiries, schedule property showings, and follow up with potential buyers and sellers • Assist in drafting and preparing real estate contracts, offers, and other legal documents If Needed • Maintain client databases and manage client communications (biggest one) • Help real estate agents build a better database system ie gifting, email marketing campaigns, past client outreach on birthdays, closing anniversaries • Maintain/build vendor list ie (setting meetings for me, sending emails, sending gifts) • Go through a lead database and cold/warm call + text to convert into a deal • Attend meetings with the real estate agent, be my Co lister • Assist with social media and marketing efforts to promote property listings when needed • Perform other administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and answering phone calls Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in real estate or related field • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Must hold an active real estate license in the State of Arizona Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
