    #1 Brokerage in Arizona Seeking Executive Level Assistant- Real Estate Executive Sales Administrator Needed Immediately We’re looking for a driven and organized individual to assist and oversee our Real Estate Team. You’d be responsible for supporting our Real Estate Broker and a team of agents by prepping listing documents, creating listing flyers, managing agent calendars, and more. Responsibilities: REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DAILY TASKS • Prepare listing documents for agents • Manage/stock marketing material • Taking notes for team meetings • Organize/manage agent’s calendar • Send out thank you cards, closing gifts, listing gifts, and referral gifts • Following up after the closing of escrow for google review • Launch Specialist scheduling and payroll • Supporting new agents as they go through an onboarding • Managing and organizing team google drives and training folders • Work with Title companies for farming neighborhoods • Manage team vendors and relationships Qualifications: REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS • Prior Experience in a corporate environment • Business Personal assisting • Real Estate knowledge is a plus • CRM knowledge • Strong writing skills • Well-spoken • Independent, Confident, Enthusiastic • Strong knowledge of technology; word, excel, PowerPoint, zoom, etc. • Bachelor's degree preferred REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS • Driver’s license and vehicle required • A real Estate License is not required • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service/experience Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 DOE plus benefits
