As a Navigator, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, assisting them with various services to enhance their stay and ensure an unforgettable experience at the Hotel

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
    - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
    - Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and travel directions.
    - Make reservations and arrangements as requested by guests, such as dining, transportation, tours, and special events.
    - Assist in coordinating guest services and accommodations for special requests, including anniversaries, birthdays, or family gatherings.
    - Manage guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive relationship with guests.
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and industry developments.
    - Create and maintain accurate records of guest requests, feedback, and communication to ensure personalized service.
    - Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, catering, and maintenance, to meet guest needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    - Proficiency in using reservation and communication systems.
    - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    - A warm and approachable demeanor to build rapport with guests.
    - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
