    Annual Salary Range : $45 to $70 per hour

    INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Analyst, Management III to lead and support business process improvement and strategic performance initiatives across U.S. Navy Submarine programs. This role is critical to enhancing operational efficiency, driving metrics-based decisions, and aligning NSWCPD Code 24's execution with mission outcomes.

    Roles and Responsibilities :

    The roles shall include:

    • Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and eliminate non-value-added processes within U.S. Navy Submarine organizations.
    • Conduct process flow mapping, gap analysis, and reengineering of legacy workflows.
    • Develop, implement, and manage performance metrics and command-level dashboards to support operational decision-making.
    • Support analysis and reporting of command-level initiatives, readiness reviews, and strategic planning cycles.
    • Prepare executive-level presentations and decision-support materials for senior Navy stakeholders.
    • Integrate data across finance, logistics, and operations to improve enterprise visibility and resource alignment.

    Qualifications :

    Education :

    Bachelor's degree in a Business-related discipline from an accredited university.

    Experience :

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience providing business process improvement initiatives supporting U.S. Navy organizations.
    • At least 3 years of experience focused within the Naval Submarine community, including command-level metrics and strategic initiatives.
    • At least 1 year of experience directly supporting Navy Submarine programs, including familiarity with functions, organizations, and governing guidelines.
    • Proven record of implementing measurable operational improvements and performance tracking systems.

    Preferred Certifications and Training :

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM Certification
    • Navy Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) Training
    • DoD Performance Measurement and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Courses

    Proficiency in:

    • Business process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)
    • Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Metrics development and command-level performance reporting

    Security Clearance :

    Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
