The qualified candidate will work directly with the Business Manager in managing the daily finances of the school. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and have strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Computer skills required include Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and SAGE accounting software. Previous experience in accounts payable, budgeting, and financial statement preparation is recommended. Daily duties may include data entry, filing, bank reconciliations, preparing various reports and spreadsheets, and working collaboratively with the Business Manager to assure smooth financial operation of the school.
