We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to grow our niche’ Project Management Staffing business on the national level. In this position, you will work independently and with a team to increase our client base and connect qualified individuals to Necomitt Global Talent’s services.

Position Objective & Goal: To build relationships, attend meetings, get signed contracts, meet & exceed your performance and financial goals.
What You Will Be Doing Daily:
Use Crelate and other sites (LinkedIn, Job Boards, social networks) to research, prospect, cold call, and qualify lead prospects to acquire a variety of contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and executive search positions within the finance, IT startup, and oil & gas industries.
Learn the lead prospects needs and prepare proposals, conduct client meetings and deliver presentations, submit contracts and negotiate fees.
Meet and exceed performance daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance goals.
Documenting activity and all conversations with Crelate ATS on a daily basis
What You Need In Order To Qualify For This Position:
1 year of experience in sales with the ability to influence and close (preferred but not a deal breaker)
Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, IT, (preferred but not a deal breaker)
Computer Savvy with great experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as G-Suite, Slack, DropBox, Canva, etc.
Experience working with a CRM or ATS - we use Crelate ATS (preferred but not a deal breaker)
Ability to meet and exceed required goals and expectations
You Absolutely MUST BE self-driven, motivated, and results oriented.
