SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for many of the day-to-day activities in the Human Resources department. S/he will provide support within the Human Resources area, with other operational areas assigned as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and assist with tasks associated with new employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain employee records and assist in processing updates
Assist with employee engagement related tasks
Assist with employee benefits and annual open enrollment
Professional licensing support for individual and firm related renewals
Assist the HR department with special projects
Provide general support to operations area(s)

Superior oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate effective time management skills by completing assignments within given due date
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but s/he must be available during the standard work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position is considered Sedentary. An employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, and hear. Majority of the time is spent in a typical office environment. TRAVEL Travel requirements for the position are minimal.
