Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time client intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments and sign up new clients. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on our fun, supportive, and committed team. Responsibilities: Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus Previous customer service or sales experience preferred CRM and case management software experience a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills Background in the legal industry preferred Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
