Do you want things done right the first time? • You have a high sense of urgency for results and put pressure on yourself and others to reach a successful solution while maintaining an optimistic attitude.  • You have experience jumping into the middle of a project-in-process, accept control and responsibility, get people on board, and make decisions quickly. • You do not make excuses and will expect the same of your team. • You want things done and done right the first time.If you have a “whatever it takes” attitude, come join Nehring Construction in providing the top-notch concrete service our customers deserve.   Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS:       • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Four years of concrete experience, Management related experience a plus • Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the concrete business • Ability to read, interpret, and train others on reading blueprints • Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and an ability to use resources at hand to find solutions • Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong conflict management skills • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments • Possess a strong personal desire for improvement; and the desire to motivate crew to be better tomorrow than they are today • Have a clean, neat and professional appearance; a top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in himself and in others • Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule: evenings and Saturdays as/if required especially in high season OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Valid Driver’s License and Insurable • Must be able to lift 80 pounds • Must have own hand tools • Mechanical ability • Fluent both visually and verbally in English – Spanish speaking a plus Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour, based on experience
