About the Accounting Clerk position
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to work part-time (15-20 hours per week) and assist in managing our day-to-day accounts payable and receivable requirements. As our business scales, there is the opportunity for this to transition into a full-time position.
The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, committed to consistently meeting deadlines and has experience with both QuickBooks Online and bill.com.

Strong data entry and numeric skills
Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally with internal team, vendors and customers
Excellent knowledge of accounts payable/receivable practices
Good practical experience with spreadsheets and related corporate software
3+ years' experience working in an accounting clerk, accounts payable or accounts receivable position is preferred but not required
Experience with QuickBooks Online, bill.com, Shopify, Microsoft Office are a plus
