    We're looking for a dynamic, thoughtful, and creative person to join Neighborhood Goods as a Digital Coordinator.

    Digital Coordinator responsibilities include:

    • Assist the Director of Digital in various tasks and projects
    • Define, track and analyze engagement and business metrics to measure channel success
    • Oversee day-to-day management of digital channels including but not limited to ecommerce, website editorial, email, and digital marketing
    • Maintains market awareness of industry trends, customer behaviors and competitive landscape to help identify new opportunities
    • Assisting with pulling and analyzing website, app, and ecommerce data
    • Actively QA our digital ecosystem for accuracy 
    • Assist with project managing digital vendor relationships

    Qualifications & Skills

    • At least 2-3 years of agency or related experience
    • Excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments
    • Ability to multitask, work independently and to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex problems
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience with Shopify and Mailchimp a plus, but not required
    • Adept at communicating with developers, non-technical business partners, and executives
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools and experience using data to make decisions
    • Exceptional time management, documentation, and organizational skills
