Responsibilities: • Call every referral we send you immediately (we track response time). • Log all communication with our referrals in our CRM and have a systematic process to follow up, both immediate and long-term. • Promote the active adult lifestyle offered at the community or communities the referral is interested in, including a thorough knowledge of the types of amenities, clubs, classes and activities offered.
