  • Responsibilities

    Summary

    Responsible for growing and developing all aspects of profitable cookie sales at Neighbors. They will work closely with Customers, RGM, and Marketing to develop products and programs to drive profitable growth. They will work closely with each customer and broker to develop individual customer business plans. They will work to expand distribution in white space customers.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    · Sales and Customer focused.

    · Works to develop and drive new customers, products, and cookie dough categories.

    · The Neighbors team is working to grow business in the following formats Retail (Branded and Private Label), BtoB, and Fund Raising.

    · Works with Marketing, RGM, and Sales VP to plan the Neighbors business annually and quarterly, setting the following year's sales goals.

    · Develops customer-focused business plans with growth objectives with customers to hit growth goals.

    · Works with brokers to develop, plan and secure new business.

    · Coordinates collaboration & Communication with customers & brokers on costing, marketing, and revenue.

    · Maintain direct relationships with key customers, directly owning some calls.

    Knowledge/Skills

    The desired skills are outlined below:

    · Build compelling presentations in PowerPoint.

    · Written and verbal communication skills

    · Advanced knowledge of customer service practices and problem-resolution techniques

    · Excel Knowledge

    · Negotiating training or six years of customer negotiating experience

    · Basic Computer knowledge

    · Problem-solving skills

    · Intermediate mathematical skills

    · Organization skills

    Abilities

    Must be able to pass a drug test.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or other business field is required.

    2. At least six years of experience in grocery sales experience.

    3. At least two to three years of working with grocery brokers.

    4. Food Service experience and new product ideation a plus

    5. Omni Channel marketing and sales strategy experience is a plus.

    Work Authorization

    If hired, all employees are required to submit proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of their start date.
