PT Restaurant Assistant Manager Neighbors Pizza
Job Brief
Neighbors Pizza is seeking a Part-time Evening Assistant Manager to ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be familiar with our restaurant operation and have a good understanding of what makes for great customer service. Confident supervision of our staff, while promoting a positive work environment is essential. The assistant manager will be an advocate for quality assurance and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise staff and provide assistance, as needed
Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (training and reviews)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements
Ensure that our products consistently meet the standards for which we strive for
Accurately handle money and report abnormalities
Enforce the rules and policies set forth in the Employee Handbook
Requirements and Skills
Leadership experience in the hospitality industry
Good math skills
Customer service attitude
Communication and team management abilities
High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
Availability
This is a part-time position that will require at least 3 evenings per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
