Job Description
HR Specialist San Francisco, CA Contract-to-hire Onsite
Onboarding- Lead the employee onboarding process. This includes desk setup with office supplies, working with IT for new hire, engaging new hires and preparing them for their first day.
· Hires and terminates employees using ADP TotalSource
· Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as benefits, leaves, and any issues that may arise
· Assist with project management of activities related to the HR systems implementation.
· Coordinate with payroll on all employee compensation changes.
· Plan and executes program including timelines, helping with the communication plan, project management to ensure delivery
· Helps organize training and development initiatives
· Help with recruiting practices
· Maintain employees’ files and records electronically
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirement and Skills
3+ Years of experience in HR
Understand general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment labor laws
ADP Workforce Now experience
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team
