    Job Responsibilities:

    Legal research, legal writing and generally working as part of a litigation team.

    Handle high-end probate and trust administrations

    Organize electronic files, data rooms, etc.

    Handling and organizing probate and trust administrations

    Focus on practical solutions to tough issues while maintaining the highest degree of integrity.

    Administer purchase and sale transactions; including drafting basic conveyance

    Review and analyze the status of title; request and negotiate owners’ and lender’s title insurance policies, including specific endorsements.

    File and register entities in various states and prepare organizational documents

    Prepare closing instructions and closing binders and general management of the closing process including management of closing checklists; maintain closing files.

    Handling basic real estate transactions

    Job Qualifications

    5-10 years of Real-estate experience

    5-10 years of experience as Paralegal

    BA/BS degree or higher, as well as excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the Legal community, and the ability to collaborate with the executive team.

    Strong work ethic, good judgment, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure

    Excellent time management and outstanding organizational skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    To be detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills

    To be flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team.
