    Our Inc. 500 Property Management Company is looking for highly-skilled Chief Financial Officer that has a fine eye on attention for details, real estate knowledge, as well as experience working in the market.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Provides accounting and financial leadership and acts as business partner to CEO and Executive Management

    Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates all fiscal functions for maximum efficiencies of process, policies, and personnel.

    Establishes the Company’s credit policies and works to continually improve the timeliness and accuracy of the Company’s cash flow and management of the billing/collections process and month end, quarterly and year end closings.

    Oversees risk and Corporate insurance requirements.

    Financial Projections and Optimization

    Analyze, refine and forecast financial data in real time and on a periodic basic throughout each year, including revenue based on market data, capital and operating budgets and strategic plans

    Coordinates with appropriate legal counsel relating to financial and corporate governance/compliance and risk assessment matters/

    Recommend and manage Company relations with outside financial consultants, auditors and banks.

    Oversee financial elements of strategic partnerships and/or M&A efforts.

    Serves on the company’s leadership team to develop strategies and provide counsel on issues, obstacles or trends.

    Performs other financial-related duties as required.

    Manages, controls and continuously improves financial performance of the business.

    Accountable for order intake forecasting and actual reporting.

    Responsible for financial target setting process

    Accountable for accounts receivables controlling and cash collection

    Accountable for compliance with audit and corporate requirements

    Job Qualifications

    BS/BA Degree in Business Accounting or Finance; MBA is preferred

    At least ten years’ experience in a mid-to-senior-level accounting and/or finance position

    Working knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, real estate operations, and property management.

    Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects

    Computer proficiency is essential, including advanced experience with Microsoft Excel

    Strong interpersonal skills required in dealing effectively with human resource issues, outside auditors, bankers and board of directors.

    Hands-on individual with a strong worth ethic

    Prepare and maintain multi-year forecast and perform analysis of budget/forecast variances and financial trends

    Update annual projections with periodic financial forecasts

    Monitor financial policies, procedures and internal controls

    Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Ability to manage personnel

    Professional written and verbal communication

    To be detail oriented and have problem-solving skills

    Must be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure.

    To be flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team.
