Full responsibility for Property Management Accounts Payable
Invoice input
Keep A/P aging current
Manage vendor communication with urgency and diplomacy
Keep Controller informed; proactively communicate
Assist the accounting team with:
Account Reconciliations
Schedules, support, and analyses as needed
Create CapEx draws for Controller to review; submit to lenders for funding
Assist in enforcing internal controls related to invoice payments and cash
Work collaboratively with operations a/p team located in Salt Lake City, Utah
Assist with reconciling and monitoring impound escrows (property taxes, insurance, and CapEx)
EDUCATION & SKILLS
Minimum 3-5 years of a/p and accounting experience
A positive attitude works well independently in fast-paced environments
Real Estate accounting experience a plus
QuickBooks Online and/or Entrata accounting software experience a plus
