What you bring to the team:
Positive attitude and Team Building spirit
Ability to manage budgets
Build and maintain sub-contractor rapport
Ability to manage and communicate change orders
Ability to create and manage construction schedule
Excellent supervisory and communication skills
Supervised jobs between $2-$10 million
Ability to read and understand blue-prints, schematics, and construction documents
Knowledgeable of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
Multi-family construction experience is a plus!
Experience in supervising construction sites
Daily reports are a MUST
*Framing and concrete experience a plus!
*ProCore experience a plus!
