Nelson Partners is searching for an amazingly talented Leasing Manager for Skyloft. Skyloft, luxury off-campus student living high-rise built in 2018, is located near the University of Texas in the heart of West Campus and boasts Million-dollar views of Austin, TX and first-class amenities such as our Rooftop Pool Deck with Jumbo sized TVs and shallow Beach Area, State of the Art Fitness Center, Business Center, Multiple Study Rooms, Lounge and Coffee Bar among so many others.
Our Leasing Manager needs to be a dynamic, hands-on, professional who is high energy, out-going, very well-organized, extremely responsible, can juggle a wide variety of tasks, and has great communication skills. This individual will be closely involved in assisting in the coordination and supervision of the entire operations of this breathtaking property & community with the support of the Property Manager.
Success in this position relies on possessing robust marketing skills and strategies geared toward target audience, being a creative starter and a strong closer, effective and preemptive communicator, and thorough understanding of what makes Student Housing leasing unique. In other words, we are looking not only for a great manager but a doer and achiever!
