Accounting Manager  San Rafael

The Controller will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and following a comprehensive set of policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP. This position will oversee a small office team, and is responsible for business operations for a small office.

Key skills:

·         Manage daily, monthly, and annual cash requirements and reporting

·         Tracks payments, balances, and loan renewals

·         Prepare monthly collateral requirement reporting

·         Prepares general ledger, financial statements, and fiscal budgets

·         Prepares monthly financial reporting, year-end close, inventory management, account reconciliations, state tax reports

·         Prepare and submit monthly Profit & Loss, cash forecast, and inventory report to Financial Director at parent company         

·         Prepare/submit annual financial reports to CPA at Fiscal Year end

·         Prepare/submit six-month financial report to CPA & Financial Director

·         Manage the production of the annual budget, together with President of company, and cash forecasts

Ideal qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years related experience

·         Strong accounting skills required

·         Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting/Finance
