    Job Description

    JOB TITLE: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

    LOCATION: Brea, CA

    COMPENSATION: $14/hr. + Commission

    JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

    The Part-Time Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling and processing inbound calls from members and timeshare owners with reservations, confirming their exchange, and rental requests. This includes verifying the resort status of member’s accounts, process deposit verification and update the system, Match reservation requests with inventory availability reports, document all reservations confirmation in the member’s accounts, and add comments to member's accounts including cancellations and special requests. Call owners/members with updated status on their request offer details on the product requested and alternative if needed. Make welcome calls to new members, and run daily and weekly reports.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 1+ year experience in Customer Service experience
    • Inbound Call Center a plus
    • Good Computer and Data Entry Skills
    • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Must pass/clear criminal background and drug screening.
