Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Lead to join our team at a fantastic healthcare organization! You will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate process of payroll. This individual must be willing to report in-office daily and must understand that this is a contract assignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing of union employees
• Review and analyze payroll including reconciliations of payroll to the general ledger, reconciliation of current to prior payroll, etc.
• Oversee and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll; help to identify and resolve discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PeopleSoft/Oracle software preferred
• Union/Healthcare payroll preferred
• Previous full-cycle payroll experience 
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
